The goal here is to lose weight and when companies put unnatural ingredients in thier products it becomes very decivious. In addition, a lot of companies do not concern themselves with the proper dosage for this product to see results.
How does Green Coffee Bean Extract Work?
Pure green coffee bean extract contains a natural occuring compound called chlorogenic acid. In brief, chlorogenic acid is known to inhibit the production of glucose in the liver. We all know that glucose (sugar) turns to fat in the human body so if there is less of it, than your body will naturally target the next best thing to provide energy. The next best thing is fat cells. This is how and why this product is so interesting. You might be asking yourself than why doesn't just drinking regular coffee help you lose weight? Well the answer is pretty concise. Coffee beans used to brew liquid coffee are ultimately roasted which destroys the chlorogenic acid content. Without chlorogenic acid to be processed by the liver, the fat-burning capacity of the green coffee bean is lost.
